The Arizona Space Grant Consortium (AZSGC) consists of four members (The University of Arizona, Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University) and 28 affiliate partners from academia, industry, government, and nonprofit institutions. Together we manage over 45 programs throughout the state that attract and retain a diverse group of students in STEM and promote accessibility to NASA and space sciences for everyone. Since 1990, over 2,000 Arizona undergraduates have participated in mentored hands-on STEM research projects with Arizona faculty, researchers, and industry professionals. Over 40 students from seven community colleges (and Diné tribal college) receive scholarships to build and launch payloads to ~100,000 feet for AZSGC’s “ASCEND” high-altitude balloon-sat program each year. We support students’ participation in STEM challenges, including NASA CubeSat Launch Initiatives, and over 5,000 K-12 students are impacted by AZSGC’s community outreach programs yearly. With one small donation, you can help support student scholarship funds, program materials, and more. Donate now and help make a difference in the lives of our future STEM leaders.
